Kids Mindfulness & Yoga

(5 - 9 Years Old)

Join our 9 and under yoga class where kids can explore fun and engaging yoga poses, all while learning mindfulness techniques to enhance their focus and emotional well-being. This class fosters a sense of community and friendship, making mindfulness and movement a joyful and playful experience for everyone.

Youth Mindfulness & Yoga

(10 - 14 Years Old)

Our 10 and up yoga class combines dynamic yoga sequences with mindfulness practices, helping preteens and teens improve their focus, balance, and emotional resilience. With an emphasis on community and fun, this class creates a supportive environment where participants can connect with peers and enjoy their journey to wellness.

Family Yoga

(1 Gaurdian & 1 Child)

Our family yoga class is designed for one adult and one child to bond through playful yoga poses and mindfulness activities, fostering a deeper connection and mutual relaxation. Emphasizing community and fun, this class offers a shared experience that promotes physical well-being and emotional harmony for both parent and child.
