The Mindful Athlete Express proved to be an invaluable program for our girls’ hockey team. Tailored specifically to hockey-related scenarios, the information was delivered at a level our U11 players could understand, ensuring maximum comprehension and engagement. Feedback from the team was overwhelmingly positive, with each player expressing genuine enjoyment of the session. Kathleen, the facilitator, demonstrated a remarkable ability to captivate her audience, effortlessly navigating through her program. Without hesitation, I would eagerly recommend this program to any future teams I may have the privilege to coach.
