March Break Mindfulness & Movement Camp: A Day of Fun, Relaxation, and Creativity!

Looking for a fun and engaging way to keep your kids active and mindful over March Break? Our Mario Day-themed camp is packed with exciting activities designed to energize their bodies, spark creativity, and teach valuable mindfulness skills—all while having a blast!
What the day will look like…
From the moment your child arrives, they’ll be greeted with warm smiles and a fun icebreaker game where they’ll get to introduce themselves and share something that makes them happy. This sets the stage for a day focused on positivity, self-awareness, and fun!
The morning kicks off with an energizing yoga session that helps wake up their bodies and minds. Think fun yoga poses, breathing exercises, and a mindfulness check-in to help them notice how movement makes them feel. Then, we’ll dive into our first creative project—a Mindfulness Jar and/or Dream Catcher—giving kids a chance to express themselves and create something meaningful to take home.
After a mindful snack break, it’s time to get moving with games like Yoga Freeze Tag, blending movement, laughter, and teamwork. Then, we’ll settle down for lunch in a relaxed atmosphere, with soft music or a mindfulness story to keep the good vibes going.
The afternoon is packed with even more hands-on fun! Kids will create their own DIY eye pillows, filling them with soft rice and calming scents to use whenever they need to relax. This is followed by a calm and relaxing yoga session, where we’ll explore gentle poses and end with a guided visualization of floating on a cloud—pure bliss!
To wrap up the day, we’ll tap into our artistic side by coloring mindful mandalas, helping kids focus and unwind. Finally, we’ll come together in a closing circle to reflect on our favorite moments and share gratitude before heading home.
