March Break Mindfulness & Movement Camp: A One-Day Experience!

Our one-day March Break camp is designed to give kids (ages 4-11) a fun, engaging, and enriching experience while helping them develop mindfulness skills they can use in everyday life. Through a combination of yoga, crafts, and movement games, children will explore ways to calm their minds, move their bodies, and express their creativity.

Throughout the day, kids will participate in:
✔️ Two yoga sessions (one to energize, one to relax)
✔️ Hands-on mindfulness crafts (like dream catchers, eye pillows, and mandalas)
✔️ Interactive movement games that promote teamwork & focus
✔️ A mindful snack break & social time to encourage gratitude
✔️ Guided relaxation techniques to help manage emotions

At the end of the camp, kids will leave with new tools for relaxation and focus, plus take-home crafts as reminders of what they’ve learned. This screen-free, stress-free day is the perfect way to balance movement, mindfulness, and fun!
